Well – Being

During challenging times it is more important than ever to look after your own and your child’s well-being. We will be posting some ideas and activities here with a view to looking after your well-being. There are many ways to look after your well-being including mindfulness, art, baking, music, exercise, gardening etc. We will try to include a selection of these activities over the next few weeks.
‘Outside the Box’ have produced a free activity journal to help children to enhance their mental well-being through a range of activities. It was released as a response to the current crisis. You can download and print it or if you don’t have a printer you can complete the activities on a blank piece of paper. This journal is available at
