As part of Active Schools Week 3rd to 6th Class students were allowed play hurling in the field at lunchtime.  Mr. Fitzgerald even organised a penalty shootout and a cross bar challenge!

As part of Active Schools Week all the classes tried Taekwon Do with Michael. It was great exercise but also great fun!!

Everyone also tried Yoga. Emma (Cian’s Mother) led the classes. Everyone really enjoyed it and felt more flexible and relaxed after!

We tried Dance with Sinead Sheppard School of Dance. We were kept dancing and smiling for the whole class! It was such fun<

The infants went on a field trip to the beach. They played parachute games.

They also did a scavenger hunt.

They cleaned up the beach by collecting litter!

They went on a walk.

They had a great day enjoying our beautiful beach in Redbarn.
