World Book Day took place on the 3rd of March and it was celebrated in style in Clonpriest N.S. Well done to everyone who made a great effort to dress up!

World Book Day took place during our Book Fair week. The children enjoyed browsing, and buying from, the fabulous array of books on display in our book fair. We sold over €1400 worth of books which raised €800 to buy books for the school libraries.

Throughout the week the children took part in Art Competitions, World Book Day activities and Mr. Leahy shared some of his favourite stories with the classes.

A fun week was had by all!
