MY CAPTAINCY

When I was told that I was going to be Captain I was really excited! When we got to the pitch I was terrified and I had butterflies. In the changing room I had to give a pre-match talk. When I went up for the throw I won and picked against the wind. At half-time I was really worried that we were in trouble! But when Dylan scored the point I felt a little momentum. And then Jamie scored the goal! Dylan scored two points! From there we sat and defended and held out for a fantastic win. It was a great team effort and everyone played their best. When the final whistle blew we all went mad! We also had a lot of fans to cheer us on. When I lifted the trophy I felt so proud!  On the way back we all celebrated. It was a really great day!
